BIOGRAPHY       I started my Human Resources career in 1984. Through hard work and personal growth I was promoted to Vice President HR with my employer.  Twelve years into my career I was offered a new Vice President HR opportunity  with a larger employer in Fort Wayne, IN. Over a 15 year period I was a successful Vice President of Human Resources for two very fast growing companies. Always having a strong entrepreneurial spirit I resigned my last position and started Career Recruiters, Inc.   September 1999, Career Recruiters Inc. started as a contingency executive search firm.
